4. Physical Products
Although pbecazister primarily offers digital services and content, in the event we offer physical products, the following refund policy applies:
4.1 Return Eligibility
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging
- The product is unused and undamaged
- You have proof of purchase
4.2 Return Process
To return a physical product:

- Package the product securely with all original materials
- Include your order number and Return Authorization Number
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team

If you need to cancel your registration for an event or workshop:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
5.2 Event Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or you may transfer your registration to a future event (if available) for a $15 administrative fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange for a transfer.
5.3 Cancellation by pbecazister
If we need to cancel an event for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
